Job Announcement: Learning & Development Supervisor
Location: Sulaymaniyah
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our Human Resources team!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and address current capability gaps across the organization.
Support the development and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.
Ensure training programs meet the organization’s expanding learning and development requirements.
Support employees in developing their skills and professional capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in HR, Training, or Learning & Development.
Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
