A leading contracting company in Iraq is seeking experienced Technical Office Engineers – Electromechanical Works to join its Technical Management team and support major Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities
Review technical specifications, BOQS, contracts, drawings, and project requirements.
Review and coordinate revised/corrective drawings for technical compliance.
Prepare/review quantity take-offs and quantities for contractors and clients.
Prepare/review and follow up interim and final payment certificates.
Review and prepare shop/execution drawings, BOQS, and quantities.
Ensure consistency between drawings, specifications, BOQS, quantities, and site execution.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Maintain technical documents, drawings, BOQS, correspondence, and project records.
Coordinate technical deliverables across multiple projects and follow up progress.
Prepare periodic technical reports and support project teams in resolving electromechanical issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years relevant Technical Office/Technical Consultancy experience.
Strong experience in Water & Wastewater Infrastructure, including:
Wastewater Treatment Plants
Water Treatment Plants
Pumping Stations & Water/Wastewater Networks
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Good knowledge of planning/scheduling and quantity takeoff tools.
Ability to manage technical deliverables across multiple projects.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
Candidate Profile
Experienced Egyptian Engineers with strong hands-on Water & Wastewater experience, particularly in technical offices or consultancy roles involving treatment plants, pumping stations, and water/wastewater networks.
