Vacancy Announcement: BMS Engineer

Pioneer Pharma is looking for a hands-on BMS Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
Responsibilities
Install, wire, test, and troubleshoot BMS/DDC panels, sensors, and field devices.
Manage setpoints, schedules, control logic, and system parameters for HVAC and plant equipment.
Monitor real-time alarms, trends, and environmental performance.
Interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and BMS point lists.
Maintain calibration, testing, and maintenance records in line with GMP standards.
Provide on-call and shift support for urgent maintenance and production needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven practical experience with BMS, DDC systems, and HVAC controls.
Solid hands-on skills with control panels, field wiring, and sensors.
Knowledge of Modbus and BACnet protocols is an advantage.
Experience in a GMP/pharmaceutical facility is preferred.
Comfortable working in technical areas, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
