Join our Human Resources team as a Talent Management Head!

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and lead a structured talent management function.
Strengthen employee retention and succession planning.
Develop future leaders within the organization.
Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and job descriptions.
Lead training needs identification, training plans, budgeting, and training assessments.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning& Development.
Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
