About the Role
Sabeel Al-Rashid Company is seeking a skilled and hands-on Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities, supporting uninterrupted daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
Monitor equipment performance and minimize operational downtime.
Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and spare parts requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and
maintenance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Good knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, and commercial kitchen equipment.
Experience supervising maintenance technicians and coordinating maintenance activities.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in restaurants, FMCG, food production, or facility maintenance is preferred.
